Saturday, May 9 Spring Instrumental Concert Wednesday, May 20 Memorial Day Parade Monday, May 25 HHS/Kreps Jazz Concert Wednesday, May 27 Congratulations to Dylan Dell Beni and Leah Pacelli on their performance this weekend at the CJMEA Region 2 Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band concert.

Announcements & Accomplishments
Congratulations to the Hightstown High School Jazz Ensemble on a successful competitive season. At the Manchester High School TIA Jazz competition, the ensemble took 2nd place and earned the award for best overall trombone section in Open Class. At the Allentown High School Jazz Festival, Leah Pacelli received an Outstanding Soloist award and the saxophone section won Best Saxophone section. The ensemble continued their success at the Jackson High School Jazz Festival, taking 1st place out of 7 bands with a Gold Rating; Shay Adams was named Best Soloist and the trumpet section received the Best Trumpet Section award. To finish the season, the ensemble took 2nd place at the TIA New Jersey State Championships with a Superior rating and a score of 93.94. Both the saxophone and trumpet sections also received Outstanding Awards for best section at the state level.
